The National Kitchen & Bath Association (NKBA) is a non-profit trade association originally established in 1963 as a networking organization for kitchen dealers. It has since grown to include professionals in all aspects of kitchen and bath design and construction: distributors, retailers, remodelers, manufacturers, fabricators, installers, designers, and others. More than that, the NKBA has also created a highly respected certification program to promote the continuing education and career development of designers and professionals in all areas of the kitchen and bath industry.


Such professionalism and excellence is well- represented in Northern California by the local California Capital Chapter, based in Sacramento.


The NKBA California Capital Chapter Directory was created to spread the word and increase awareness of the NKBA throughout the region. It outlines in detail the educational and professional standards expected of NKBA members. It gives consumers and builders alike a convenient and reliable source for finding the most qualified professionals for their kitchen and/or bath project in the Northern California area.
