Training firm celebrates 25 years in the business


GHQ Training is celebrating 25 years of working alongside businesses to deliver training that enables individuals to stimulate their natural talent and aid their personal development. The privately funded


organisation provides training to the whole of the South West and specialises in NVQ courses and Apprenticeships that cover a range of vocations including the Hairdressing and Barbering, Beauty Therapy and Nail Services, Assessing and Teaching, Childcare and Support Teaching, Business Skills and Management sectors. In light of GHQ Training entering


its 25th year of service, Jean and Chris Rogers, the company directors, threw a fantastic event on Friday 3 November for their staff, family and friends. An amazing evening was had by all at The Loft on the Barbican, where Double Soul provided live entertainment and everyone danced the night away. GHQ Training will continue to


provide businesses and individuals


College praised in league table


The 2017 FE Week college league tables were released at the end of 2017 and revealed that City College Plymouth has achieved amazing results. The college was rated sixth


in the country overall out of all further education colleges, which is a brilliant achievement in itself, but it also scored highly on satisfaction results. Not only did the college place second overall for student satisfaction, it came top of the table for employer satisfaction. FE Week is the premier
