The holidays are over, the New Year has been and gone, the joviality of the festivities is but a distant memory and you have (probably) abandoned your New Year’s resolution already. After all, it is one thing to have lots of good intentions, but with a 2018 diary already jam packed full of events following through is another matter, isn’t it?
Well, according to Europa International’s Events and Marketing Manager, Helen Lowe, there is one quick fix that might just mean you don’t have to abandon your ambitions quite just yet. Here, she explains how!
If you are anything like me you start every New Year with the very best of intentions. You wake up on January 1st with a spring in your step and a head full of personal and professional ambitions. Do more exercise, spend more time with family and friends, do more to further one’s career, and do more to eat healthily.
It’s going to be a year full of rainbows, butterflies and good times, right? Ummm….
Before you know it, trips to the gym are replaced by gruelling work schedules and home cooked nutritious meals are replaced with fast food and ready meals for speed and ease. Sound familiar?
Well, what if I was to tell you that there is a solution that will help get you back on the better-ones-self bandwagon that’s not only quick, but sustainable too?
