We all like a little pampering from time to time, don’t we? But during pregnancy,
when you’re riddled with heartburn and could sleep for the Olympics, it’s especially important to give yourself a little extra care!

is for camomile. Camomile is renowned for its relaxing properties, so brew yourself a cup of camomile tea, put your feet up and just chillax.
