School has been announced as


the fi rst ‘Flagship’ school for Jigsaw!


Carole Catton, Dorset’s Jigsaw consultant, visited Wimborne First School to thank them for encouraging other schools to adopt the Jigsaw scheme – which develops children’s personal and social skills – by presenting the school with a certifi cate, a giant Jigsaw Jack and declaring them the fi rst Flagship school for Jigsaw in the UK.


Headteacher, Sarah Hartley and PSHE Leader, Rebecca Drake were delighted that the school’s hard work had been recognised and that Jigsaw has had such a positive impact on the children.
