ABERDEEN BASED ENERGY RECRUITMENT EXPERTS STRENGTHENS SENIOR MANAGEMENT TEAM
An Aberdeen based recruitment consultancy has made two senior appointments to strengthen its management team after attracting £250,000 worth of new contracts.
Triton Energy Solutions, which is based in the city’s West End, and works to secure experienced personnel for clients predominantly in the energy, marine and defence sectors, has appointed John Dickson as Managing Consultant, and Adele Wilson as Business Development Manager, to head up the firm’s ambitious plans for growth across the globe.
Triton’s Managing Director Scott Shand, who has more than 14 years’ experience in the recruitment industry, formed a partnership with well engineering and project management firm, Zenith Energy, in January 2017 to establish the company.
Mr Dickson has more than 10 years’ experience in the recruitment sector working with on a number of high profile projects for international oil operators, while Miss Wilson brings 11 years’ business development experience, previously managing major accounts and project managing live projects from concept to completion.
Mr Shand said: “Both John and Adele have a wealth of industry experience, which is vital at a time when the company is experiencing rapid growth, working with clients in Aberdeen, Houston, Dubai and Abu Dhabi, with contracts also in place in Turkey and Romania.
“We work extensively with our clients to fully understand their business and replicate the same process with our candidates providing open and honest feedback at all stages. Our partnership with Zenith Energy means we have access to chartered engineers who can conduct competency based interviews to ensure we continue to submit only the highest standard of candidates to our client for engineering focused positions.”
