FRESH CRANBERRY RELISH 1 (6 ounce) box of Cherry JELL-O 1 bag of fresh cranberries, chopped ½cup sugar ½cup chopped celery ½cup chopped pecans 2 tablespoons orange zest Make Jell-O according to package directions. Mix sugar and chopped cranberries. Then fold in celery, pe- cans and orange zest. Add the Jell-O mixture to the cranber- ry mixture and pour into a Jell-O mold. Refrigerate at least 4 hours or until firm. Unmold by placing bottom of Jell-O mold in hot water for 15 seconds. Then gently slide knife from edge to bottom of pan. Place on a serving dish and serve (it’s good to flip it over gently). Submitted by Town & Country
