PCA is also planning to convert the 200,000 ton per year PM3 paper making machine at its Wallula, Washington, mill to a high- performance 100 per cent virgin kraft linerboard machine with an annual output of 400,000 tons per year. Ultimately, production will increase to 1,150 tons per day, once a new headbox, forming section, and shoe press are added in the fourth quarter of 2018.
