Carnival AGM

Corfe Mullen Carnival Committee’s AGM is on Tuesday 3rd October. If you would like to get involved with helping to organise our village’s biggest annual event, then please consider coming along. It is held in the Guides HQ at the recreation ground, starting at 7.30pm, with a ‘meet and greet’ beforehand from 7pm. We’d love to see you there and always look forward to new people joining our happy group of volunteers – new people often bring new ideas.

This year our event raised over £6,500 for local charities and good causes, plus the numerous stallholders raised thousands more for other charities and causes. In the meeting straight after our AGM we will be discussing requests from groups who wish to be considered to be benefi ciaries of Carnival 2018. If you know a group, good cause or charity who really needs some fi nancial support, please ask them to make contact with us, with some information about their group and what they are looking for funding for. They can email us via our website, under the ‘contact us’ tab.
