meal. Everything has been good. There are so many healthy choices,” she said. The Claytons bought the
health food store in 2001. Since that time, they have grown from 1,300 square feet to nearly 10,000 today, said Jack. Duncan joined the team a
few years ago and he is build- ing the next generation of the business. The Claytons ech- oed they are thrilled to en- hance Mountain Home’s din- ing scene with this healthy café that serves local and organic fare. “We love this community
and like being a part of it, it’s a great place to live. We are fortunate and thrilled to have a business here in Mountain Home,” said Jack Clayton.
