and an exciting one it was! The competition for year end championships is heating up. The reined work continues to improve as I see several people asking for help and receiving some very good pointers. No where is it more evident than with Patrick in this past year - good work! Rumours have always been that you can’t stop in our dirt. I think that “Ernie” and “Fancy” are changing that rumour. If there was a class for who is having the most fun with their cow horse it would be a big one with Don Pletch and Louise Harris leading the pack. The interest in working horses on cattle is constantly increasing as is evident on our Tuesday night practices with upwards of 25 horses almost every week. Remember at our August show we will hold the Fence Work Only class again. The results for July’s action-packed-fun- filled show as judged by Jamie Simpson are:
