The write up was concise, gave multiple examples of how as written would become a burden to non-pros as well as point out how this rule negates the previous rules of no horse ownership for Green Riders and Rookies. It goes to show that you can voice your opinion, ask for change, without becoming a mob. And the re- sult? The rule has been successfully repealed ... No drama. No suspensions. No mobs. So the game remains the same, and the show goes on. See ya in the pen. w
