New service launched to boost county’s business growth

WKCCI launches One Hour Lunch Club
This month sees the launch of West Kent Chamber of Commerce and Industry’s One Hour Lunch Club, with the inaugural meet at The Warren on Tunbridge Wells High Street on Wednesday 12th July from 12.45pm-1.45pm. Join like-minded professionals in the Orangery for a glass of wine or soft drink and networking, followed by a choice of dishes from a specially prepared menu. Making a marathon effort!
Six team members from the Tunbridge Wells-based law firm, CooperBurnett, are taking part in a marathon 26-mile walk this month to raise money for the children’s hospice at home charity ellenor. Taking on the challenge will be ellenor ambassador Victoria Sampson, Lisa Connolly, Katie Hilsdon, Charlotte Mackenzie, Gareth Warner and Andrew Hawkins, who will be joining a team of the charity’s supporters in its Walkathon on Sunday 2nd July, which involves walking from Tower Bridge back to ellenor’s adult hospice in Gravesend. “I should probably commit to doing a bit more training,” said Victoria Sampson. “But, I am hopeful
