In fact, 70% of all deaths each year are caused by such diseases, especially heart disease, can- cer and stroke. The most shocking thing


about this is that these diseases are largely preventable! What we put into our bodies and how we take care of them has a big impact on whether we get sick. With this thought, health is less a state of being than a way of being. But what exactly is a “healthy lifestyle”? When we think of a healthy
