It’s back! The UK’s best on-trade drinks show is returning to Olympia on 3 and 4 July 2017. Here’s a sneak preview of what you can expect…
Europe’s largest on-trade drinks show, Imbibe Live is the innovative and interactive annual exhibition for anyone who sources, buys or serves drinks in the licensed on-trade. Last year was the largest show to date with almost 12,000 drinks professionals in attendance, and 2017 is set to be even bigger.
Visitors to Imbibe Live have a chance to meet cutting edge exhibitors, network with key industry contacts and improve their drinks knowledge with an unrivalled programme of masterclasses, tastings and theatre sessions. Wine highlights • Join Imbibe Live’s Wine Ambassador, Xavier Roussett MS, for a vertical tasting of vintage cuvées from Champagne Gosset. Located in the grand cru village of Aÿ, Gosset is the oldest maison in Champagne, established in 1584.
• Klein Constantia produces some of South Africa’s top wines, including one of the best sewwt wines in the

world: Vin de Constance. The winery’s MD, Hans Anstrom, presents an exclusive vertical tasting of rare and old vintages.
Spotlight on spirits • Head to the Cocktail Lounge to learn all about Agave Spirits with a panel of tequila and mezcal experts. Get hands-on with growing agave plants, and taste a range of boutique spirits. In association with Mangrove.
• Gregarious Glaswegian, award- winning author and all-round guru on all things whisky and rum, Dave Broom will be hosting a brown spirits session in Taste Zone. Join Broom for a fascinating taste-trip through some of his favourite bottles.
Focus on beer • Get ready for the return of Imbibe Live Beer Competition. The focus for 2017
is on IPAs and we’re anticipating some lively beers from some of the UK’s liveliest brewers. Craft Beer Channel’s Jonny Garrett will host the final at Imbibe Live.
• Join global cidermaking star Ryan Burke for his session: An American Cidermaker in London. Burke’s Angry Orchard and its Innovation Cider House in upstate New York, are setting the pace in the dynamic US cider scene. From rare 75cl bottlings to trendsetting collaborations, find out the latest trends, while tasting some of Burke’s finest creations.
