BROCKMANS GIN HERBAL SOUR

We often associate a season with an aroma: Winter with cinnamon; Autumn with ripe fruits, spring with new-mown grass and floral scents. And the smell of Summer is tarragon.

That slightly sweet, mildly anise scent and taste that lifts other flavours whether these are florals, spices or other herbs.

Add this to the exotic aroma and taste of fresh ginger and you have the basis of Brockmans’ latest cocktail for Summer - the Brockmans Gin Herbal Sour.

Sweetened with Gomme and sharpened with lemon juice, this cocktail is perfect to make your customers experience a summer night like no other. In addition to the aromatic, herbal and spicy notes from the tarragon and ginger, the Gomme and egg-white give this cocktail a mouth-feel that is luxurious, indulgent and deliciously different from most gin-based cocktails.

Brockmans Gin - the 40% ABV ‘gin like no other’, with its top notes of blueberry and blackberry, herbal notes from coriander

and angelica and citrus zing from lemon and bitter-sweet orange peel - is glorious alone but is also sufficiently robust to work with these additional anise, citrus and ginger flavours.

Method
