Free Sticker Book ‘Bear’s Reading Adventure’ To celebrate Bookstart Week in June, pre-school age children can collect stickers every time they visit the library, and then put them in a special sticker book to take home.


May Half-term, Spring Button Craft Saturday 3rd June, 10.30am-12pm Create a button and felt picture of a spring animal, fl ower or a blossom tree. Free event, aimed at children aged 6-12 years.

Home Library Service Do you like to read, but fi nd it diffi cult to get to the library?


Local libraries have a team of dedicated volunteers who are able to visit on a regular basis, choosing and delivering the books you want from the library to your home, free of charge.


Royal Voluntary Service volunteers are DBS checked and receive ongoing training and support. The RVS can also provide befriending, help with shopping, and other things you might need – just get in touch.
