Salary Survey Results Available in May ASCA will release the results from its 2017 Salary and Benefits Survey this month. The survey, which collects national, regional and state data on 20 ASC positions, is a valuable resource that assists ASCs with attracting and retaining the best employees. The survey allows ASCs to compare their compensation packages with simi- lar facilities, negotiate a raise or establish salary and benefits for a new position. It also allows ASCs to view personal- ized reports comparing their informa- tion with others in the same geographic region, with a similar number of employ- ees, in the same specialty and more. All ASCs were invited to take the

survey free of charge. ASCA members and nonmembers who completed at least 40 percent of the survey will receive personalized results for free. Results also are available for purchase for ASCs that did not participate. For more information, visit
