and complicated to describe. On the surface, according to Paul, it’s a ”Stonesy/Rootsy Rock” sound. But a deep listen to their debut CD takes one on a glorious musical journey. “On the CD there are 8 different styles of music”, says Bob. “That was our goal!” Those styles are filtered through 5 lifetimes involved in the music business. We’ve dipped into Paul’s


background, along with John Fenton and Uncle Bobby. Singer Neal Ford Sundet, a native of Minneapolis, brings his own style, look and sound to the band, chosen from a long list of potential vocalists. Bass player Bill Greene is the newest member of the group. What these guys share,


aside from decades of experience and talent, is an understanding of the key elements any band needs to rise above the competition and move to the next level. Musicianship and songwriting, of course, is number one. But then there is that mysterious “charisma” all great bands have. Peter describes that element as “anything that gets you excited, either sexually or you just can’t take your eyes off a person. I don’t want to sound like a grandpa or anything, but you see these bands these days and they come on with ripped jeans, baggy t-shirts, scruffy beard, baseball hat. It’s like they could be the freaking
