he final phase of redevelopment at Ocean Village Marina will be completed in 2017, with
the five-star luxury hotel and spa opening in the Summer, along with a number of exciting new bars and restaurants. This is alongside a reconfiguration of the marina, set to begin in the Autumn, to make the very best of the facilities and ensure it can accommodate larger yachts and continue to be a desirable destination for visiting superyachts. The transformation at the marina will firmly cement its position as one of the most luxurious five-star marina locations in the UK. MDL Marinas is taking advance
annual membership enquiries in readiness for completion; with berthing at the reconfigured pontoons available for larger yachts. These customers, along with all current members, will be some of the first to enjoy the
new pontoon berths, exceptional customer service and events area, as well as benefiting from having a luxury hotel and spa on-site. The new hotel, being
constructed on the top of the promontory projecting into the
marina, will boast a rooftop champagne bar and the award- winning Jetty restaurant concept, with truly stunning views across the Solent. There will also be 12 duplex apartments above the hotel and an additional 82 separate apartments,
all with allocated underground car parking.
In addition, there will be a number of exciting restaurant and retail openings, which are set to be announced in the coming months. Surrounded by cinemas, high- end restaurants, bars and shops, members of Ocean Village Marina can be assured of a bustling and vibrant backdrop from which to indulge their passion for boating.
