Addressed to BERLIN with an insufficient address with two labels printed in German applied on reverse the first black on pink roughly translates as ‘Incorrect designation the proper recipient cannot be determined’ and the second black on blue ‘Return of letter ordered because residential designation cannot be ascertained.
