Secretary of this prestigious lodge became a Founding Steward of Clerkenwell Chapter of First Principals in 2001. Eddy, as shown above, has been a


great champion and enthusiast for Freemasonry. As a Royal Arch Metropolitan Grand Inspector, he uses every opportunity to share this enthusiasm with everyone he meets and believes we need to do much


more in developing a fuller participation of regular craft masons in the Holy Royal Arch using the Initiation to Exaltation credo. He is now also a member of a team involved in Visiting Officer selection and development, and is helping to raise the standards within this, the most important role in the MetGL/GC structure!


Five things you didn't know about Eddy Holding:


1. Enjoys listening to opera from an armchair, Puccini, Verdi and Mozart preferred.


2. Never, from choice, watches any form of sport live or on TV!! 3. Practiced ‘operative’ masonry in stone cladding a 200 year old cottage in Cornwall.


4. Speaks conversational Spanish and French, (although now very rusty!!). 5. Has three wonderful grandchildren, aged 6 years to 18 months in Cornwall and Surrey.
