with a cleverly devised film backdrop, showing footage from 1914 to the present day, setting the dance craze of each decade into its historical context. Donning a different costume for each era the Tandys whirled around the dance floor and brought to life the romance and rhythm of the cha-cha, waltz, and tango to name but a few. The Ross Mitchell band was
stunning, judging the crowd’s mood perfectly. The dance floor was never empty, even for a moment. The entertainment never stopped. When the band took a break people were treated to Tania Alboni’s tribute to Amy Winehouse. She gave a perfect delivery of the unique vocal style and sound that Amy is infamous for. Not just a flawless vocal performance, every head tilt, skirt flick and even her hair twirling was spot on! A full Amy Winehouse experience! Ross’s band brought the evening to
