produce and local ingredients whenever possible. Sustainability is also a priority so they ensure that all they fi sh is from a sustainable source and even know the name of the specifi c trawler for that catch. The impressive restaurant in Chepstow provides an
excellent opportunity to enjoy your fi sh and chips while socialising over a glass of wine or a beer if wanted.
