supplying retail, hospitality and public sector customers. The food produced in Wales is very diverse and includes obvious Welsh products such as Laverbread and Bara Brith but also Welsh wines and beers, cheeses, meats and baked products. Welsh food and drink products have established an


international reputation. Welsh Lamb and Welsh Beef hold protected food name status and have been joined recently by Pembrokshire Early Potatoes and Halen Môn/Anglesey Sea Salt which emphasises quality and provenance.
