Tad DeVan got involved in the Forex market with the help of Market Traders Institute and a variety of mentors. By going through MTI’s education and utilizing the tools provided, DeVan has been able to develop “spatial intelligence,” which has allowed him to more accurately predict what will happen in the market as he seeks bigger-picture implications for market movements. Today, DeVan enjoys enlightening students on the realities of trading the Forex in order to better their trading. He shares his insight

Karim Ghaidan is Investment Director and head of fundamental research at TFF Asia. Karim started in fixed income sales for Tokai Bank London setting up and managing the Middle East client desk. He then became the bank’s proprietary equity derivative trader. Tis was followed by a move to AMRO Bank Hong Kong as head of equity derivative trading before moving to Sun Hung Kai Asset Management where he set up and managed the SHK Asian Warrant Fund. He was also responsible for the fixed income investments of the SHK Provident Fund. He was subsequently employed by Lemanik SA Switzerland as a fund manager before moving to Generale Bank Belgium as head of Global Emerging Markets. Whilst at Generale he set up Grand Generale Asia Ltd. in Hong Kong, where he acted as Chief Investment Officer.
