his year’s Annual Conference will be held in Hot Springs at the Hot Springs Visitor & Conven- tion Center. Enclosed is your registration form, which once completed, will need to be sent back to the Associa- tion of Arkansas Counties office in Little Rock. You will also find information for the Randy Kemp Memorial Golf Tournament. Also enclosed is hotel information for the conference. There are two separate hotels listed, however if you would like information on additional hotels, please contact the AAC office for a list of hotels in the area. When making your room reservations, please remember to mention you are coming for the AAC Annual Conference.

We are in the process of planning an informative and fun meeting for all at- tendees and will be getting out a tentative agenda later. For your planning informa- tion, registration will be open from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Wednesday, Aug. 21 and again from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m. The Opening General Session will begin at 1 p.m. and individual association meetings will begin at 3:15 p.m. Our Southern Fish Fry will be at 7 p.m. As you can see above, the 2013 Conference theme is “45 Years – 75 Coun- ties – One Voice. Taking Counties to the Winners’ Circle,” celebrating our 45th An- niversary. The Dinner Dance will continue that anniversary and racing theme with
