There are currently two schools of thought as to whether ath- letes who have been banned for failing dope tests should be allowed to compete at the Olympic Games. The first believes that athletes who have failed a dope test should never be al- lowed to compete at the Olympics. This is the standpoint of the British Olympic Association (BOA).
