THE VISION: As part of a region-wide bid to deliver high quality new homes which are specifically geared towards buyers in the build locality, David Wilson Yorkshire East has created the intimate – just 39 home – Bradley Park development, which aims to bring a range of never before seen house types to market. House styles being used are to be aptly named after famous artists for their attention to design and uniqueness. They include the Picasso, Monet and the Matisse, all of which are limited to one per style, lending a further degree of exclusivity to these exciting properties.
