Weight room and personal training staff are trained on the principles and benefits of func- tional movement training and assist patrons in adapting their traditional weight training routines to take full advantage of the wide range of func- tional training equipment. CRC provides outstanding cus-


tomer service and unique programs along with programming for the entire family. The centre’s focus is on build- ing participation, community engage- ment and customer retention. We offer the community a modern multi-gen- erational facility with a wide range of recreation activities and programs for all levels and ages. We encourage staff members to participate in a variety of our recreation programs and services so they can speak from personal expe- riences when responding to customer inquiries.
