Where the employer required the employee to file a post-termination “Separation Agreement” 4 weeks after his termination in order to receive wages being withheld in violation of ß 3-505 of the Wage Payment and Collection Act, was the release enforceable?


Whether summary judgment was properly granted in favor of the employer where the em- ployee was terminated as a result of her legally compelled and truthful testimony in a deposi- tion. The employer claimed that the employee was terminated for failing to perform the duties of her job sufficiently, and thus, there was an allegedly material dispute of fact.
