Whether the circuit court properly granted a mo- tion J.N.O.V. striking a jury verdict in favor of a plaintiff who, while employed as a laborer at a construction site, stepped into an unlighted el- evator shaft and fell 4 stories. The J.N.O.V. motion allegedly turned on documents which were neither offered nor admitted into evidence at the time of trial.
