Funding
We fund local projects via the IET Education Fund and the Schools Grants Scheme. The IET Education Fund gives awards up to £5,000 for UK-based educational projects, promoting STEM subjects to students aged 5-19. There is one round of funding each spring term. Schools themselves can apply for up to £500 in one of three funding rounds per year from the IET/IOP/STFC School Grants Scheme.
