To assist in controlling the customer service department, offering support to the business, travel trade and direct customers. t Investigate and respond to customer complaints. t Make recommendations for improving processes and services. t Ideally educated to A-level or have equivalent relevant industry experience. Must be an effective communicator.

Online Marketing Manager
To assist in the delivery of the department’s marketing objectives, using the full range of online marketing techniques as well as managing offline marketing responsibilities including tour operator account management and brochure production. These objectives include increasing customer acquisition and retention whilst maintaining a focus on cost efficiency. Key responsibility is in delivering all online marketing activity for the Sandals, Beaches and Grand Pineapple brands in the UK and Europe and to drive online sales, working closely with the Head of Marketing, eCommerce departments in the US, various agencies and managing an Online Marketing Executive and Online Marketing Assistant.
Marketing Executive (Direct and Trade)
To assist in the delivery of the department’s marketing objectives, using the full range of marketing techniques across B2C and B2B channels to market (direct and trade). These objectives include increasing customer acquisition and retention whilst maintaining a focus on cost efficiency. Key responsibility is in delivering consumer and trade advertising and marketing activity for the Sandals and Beaches brands, working closely with the Marketing Manager and the Head of Marketing.
