A fully adjustable and very comfortable posture support armchair for children and young adults who require additional support whilst sitting. The chair adjusts without requiring any specialised tools, to provide an individual fit according to the child’s needs. It can be adjusted in seat height and depth, armrest height and width, back height and footplate height. The chair cushion has pressure relieving properties whichmakes it ideal for children who are sitting in the chair for longer periods of time. The tilt-in-space function enables the backrest and seat tomaintain the same angle in relation to each other when the chair reclines. For children who have reduced head and trunk control this can enable them to maintain a good posture even when relaxing – reducing the effort they would usually have to make whilst sitting and enabling themto carry out other activities or enjoy time in the living roomwith the family. Castorsmake it easy tomove whilst the child is sitting and enables the use of a mobile hoist for easier transfers. The chair is supplied with a height adjustable footplate and a clip on leg raiser, both of which can be used whilst the chair is reclined.
