Our OT says... Drop Down Support Rails
Drop down support rails can provide assistance to people when transferring on and off the toilet or whilst sitting on the toilet. They are very useful in households with people who do not need the support as they can be folded out of the way when not in use. They are also valuable when you are unable to fit a grab rail at the side of the wall, or where a toilet side pipe prevents you using a toilet frame. They can be used in other situations such as by the side of the bed or in a shower area to assist with transfers.
