Men Suff er From Brittle Bones, Too
Should men get bone-density tests? My wife has gotten them over the years, and I’m wondering if I should have one too. I do know of men who have had fractures as they have gotten older, but it seems like they give the test to women only. I’m 71. — Franklin R., San Luis Obispo, Calif.

Is there some safe way I can give myself more energy? I’m a 58-year- old man, and it seems like it doesn’t matter how much sleep I get, I’m tired all the time. Yes, I could stand to lose a few pounds, but I think I’m in decent health otherwise. Are there supplements or foods that would help me?
