This month, Lawyer Monthly speaks exclusively to the CEO and founder of corporate governance and compliance leader, Red Flag Group (RFG), Scott Lane. eginning with a little background information, Red Flag Group was created around six years ago in order to address the needs of large

companies doing business in international

markets. The Firm is positioned to be a strategic and trusted advisor to Chief Compliance Officers, General Counsel and business leaders globally. The focus of Red Flag Group is to help them develop, implement, manage and monitor global compliance programs with a special focus on key legal areas of anti-corruption, sanctions controls, export controls, privacy, anti-trust and ‘general’ compliance. Initially started in Hong Kong, the Firm has now spread to multiple countries including the US, the UK, Switzerland, P.R.C, the United Arab Emirates and Australia. Impressively, the Firm started with a basic consulting offering and now has developed global third party due diligence, compliance training, audits, and investigations.
