The organisation has seen a huge rise in demand for services since 2007. This is represented by the rising number of contacts made in the Drop-in in Middle Abbey Street. In 2007 we had a total of 13,267 contacts in the Drop-in.


We now record service user engagement in more detail and know that an average of 110 individuals per day accessed the Drop-in between January and November 2011. On average, we now have 2,284 contacts per month.
