STRATEGIC OBJECTIVE 3 TO PROMOTE QUALITY SERVICE DELIVERY IN THE SECTOR THROUGH THE PROVISION OF PRACTICAL ORGANISATIONAL SUPPORTS AND INITIATIVES.


GOALS


3.1 Continue to develop the QuADS Support Project (QSP). QSP to be available to services in all regions, nationally by 2014.


3.2Develop and implement a QuADS Peer Review System by 2014.


3.3aCo-ordinate a pilot national roll-out of the Community


Detox Initiative by March 2012.


3.3bCo-ordinate a full national roll-out of the Community


Detox Initiative by December 2014.


3.4In partnership with relevant organisations, co-ordinate and


evaluate a Naloxone pilot targeted at drug users, peers and families by December 2014.


3.5Co-ordinate the North Inner City Drugs Task Force interagency/


case management pilot as required.


3.6Disseminate organisational and sectoral learning to appropri-


ate fora such as educational insti- tutions and national policy bodies on an ongoing basis.


3.7 Provide sectoral training on an ongoing basis by December 2014.
