WHAT WE DO


CONTACT ALDP


MEDICAL SERVICES We provide nursing services on-site on a drop-in basis for our service users. Our Nurse Qualified Project Worker works as part of our integrated project team, engaging with people in our open access Drop-in service. We also provide access to a weekly GP service through our partnership work with Safetynet.


GROUP SERVICES We run a Peer Support Programme which focuses on harm reduction topics and other issues relevant to our service users’ lives. We also offer a Pre-entry Group run in partnership with Coolmine Therapeutic Community, which provides a non-judgemental space in which people can consider their treatment options. Referral to a range of external services is also available through this group.


We also work in partnership with CDVEC to provide accredited communications and literacy courses.


FAMILY SERVICES Our Social Work Qualified Project Worker engages with parents attending our open access Drop-in service and works within the wider project team to support families.


INREACH SERVICES We work in partnership with other organisations to bring services to our service users. Currently both Threshold Housing and Clancy Night Shelter provide onsite services to our service users in the drop-in.
