Chanel Lattimer-Tingan is currently a law student at the University of Pennsylvania School of Law. She is the first in her family to obtain a graduate degree and will be the first to receive a law degree. Ms. Lattimer-Tingan graduated cum laude from Princeton University with a B.A. in Sociology and a certificate in African-American studies and then earned her M.S. in Sports Management from the University of Tennessee. She plans to com- bine her legal education with her background and research in sports to pursue a career in intellectual property. Eventually Ms. Lattimer-Tingan hopes to serve as General Counsel for the U.S. Olympic Committee and create more opportunities for minority females to participate and work in sports. She is com- mitted to continued community involvement through pro bono work and mentoring.
Adrienne de la Rosa graduated magna cum laude in 2003 from the University of Notre Dame with a B.B.A. in Marketing and Japanese and a certificate in International Business. As a first-generation Filipina- American, Ms. de la Rosa has been deeply committed to leading diversity initiatives in the university setting and through- out her roles in corporate America. Most recently, she served as a Board Member of the Pan Asian Waves Associate Resource Group at The Home Depot headquarters. Ms. de la Rosa has had the opportunity to live and work overseas, namely in Beijing, China, and Monterrey, Mexico. She would like to com- bine her world view, corporate sales and marketing experience, and legal education to carve her career in international corporate law. Ms. de la Rosa is a law student at Notre Dame Law School.

Brittney Williams is a student at the University of California, Los Angeles School of Law. In May of 2009, she graduated with honors from the University of Texas at Austin with a B.B.A. in Business Marketing and a B.S. in Communication Studies, with a concentration in Political Communication. Ms. Williams also studied abroad at the ESCP-EAP European School of Management in Paris, France, where she studied International Marketing. Ms. Williams is a native of Houston, Texas, where she was raised by her mother in a single-parent household. As a youth, Ms. Williams often volunteered with her mother at the local recreation center in the neighborhood. Ms. Williams remains active in her community by tutoring and serving as a mentor to the underprivileged youth in the school systems in her community.

Jason Sanchez graduated magna cum laude from Abilene Christian University with a B.A. in Political Science. Mr. Sanchez is the son of a Mexican immigrant as well as a first generation high school graduate, college graduate, and law student. After discovering a passion for international travel during a semester abroad, he hopes to work in the field of international law. Mr. Sanchez is a law student at the University of Texas at Austin School of Law.

Jill Mitchell graduated magna cum laude with a B.S. in Criminal Justice in 2010 from Wichita State University. After her mother passed away, her family struggled to make ends meet. She knew the path to a better life was to do well in school and pursue higher edu- cation. Even after being placed in an orphanage, two foster homes, and living on her own, she graduated as valedictorian of her high school class. During college she worked at a law firm in Wichita and her experience led her to pursue a career in law. Ms. Mitchell is a law stu- dent at the University of Kansas School of Law.

Bryan Lee graduated from Columbia University with a B.A. in East Asian Languages and Cultures. He speaks Korean, Mandarin Chinese, and Japanese. He is the first in his family to attend college and law school in the United States. Before attending law school, Mr. Lee worked on voting rights issues on behalf of Asian Americans. Mr. Lee is interested in pursuing a career in civil lights litigation and is currently a stu- dent at University of California, Los Angeles School of Law.

Atticus Lee graduated with a B.A. in Human Biology and a minor in English (Creative Writing emphasis) in June 2010 from Stanford University. Ms. Lee is a first-generation immigrant from Taiwan, where her grandmother fled to save her family from the combined persecution of foot-binding and the civil war in mainland China. Ms. Lee is vastly interested in the intersec- tions of gay identity and Asian American perspectives, and one day hopes to practice law in the San Francisco Bay Area in advo- cacy of gay rights legislation. She is currently a law student at the University of California, Davis School of Law.
