Commercial Property Finance Companies These lenders are an alternative to the high street institutions.
They are not licensed fi nancial institutions like banks or building societies and, as with all commercial property lending transactions, terms and conditions attaching facilities should be carefully examined and professional advice sought if in any doubt as to their implications. The majority of borrowers have good credit histories but may not have conforming information such as three years’ audited accounts and business plan.
