BRASS HEATING MANIFOLDS PRO-BALANCE®

Delivered pre-assembled and ready to install. Use with 3/8”, 1/2”, 5/8”, and 3/4” RAUPEX pipe. Compatible with manifold valve actuator 260166 (see Thermostats and Manifold Valve Actuators). Order manifold-to-pipe connectors separately (see Manifold Connections and Valves).
Each manifold comes complete with: • 1” NPT supply & return manifold isolation valves with ther- mometer housings (mini-thermometers 250218 sold separately)
• Air vent/fill ports • Visual flow gauges (GPM) on supply side • Circuit balancing/isolation valves on return side • Mounting brackets
Manifolds are type L copper with open ends, in sizes indicated. Copper outlets are high- temperature brazed (lead-free) into headers. Each manifold is 72” long with 24 outlets at 3” on-center. Manifolds can easily be cut to length. Do not exceed maximum flow rates listed above. Use with REHAU fittings and valves to assemble complete manifolds for heating applications.
• Four (4) drywall screws and four (4) self-tapping screws • Maximum flow is 2.0 GPM per circuit; 16 GPM total • Can fit within a 2” x 4” stud wall, only 3-1/4” deep • Can be joined to other manifold sections using 1” BSPP unions (260407)
