2020 initiatives. These funds came from grants, fundraising, operating funds, other internal sources, and more than $560,000 in University Plan 2020 funds were committed to support multi-year projects.

INSTITUTIONAL PRIORITY I: ENSURE STUDENT ACCESS AND SUCCESS • Arrupe College now in its second year, with 318 students enrolled (187 freshmen) and 97 percent students of color

• Student-led effort to provide employment opportunities for high school students at Loyola Limited, Loyola’s undergraduate student-run business enterprise
