ALMA MATTERS

MEET YOUR ALUMNI RELATIONS TEAM

Loyola's Alumni Rela- tions staff is dedicated to helping our alumni stay connected to the Univer- sity—and to one another. Learn a little more about us, and drop by our offices at the Alumni House (6312 N. Winthrop Avenue) or find us at Alumni Weekend to say hello!

LETICIA NIETO (BA ’03) Director

Hometown: Chicago

Alma Mater: Loyola University Chicago

Favorite part of the job: The best part is being able to continue to call Loyola my home. So many of my peers, even the ones that live in Chicago, are not able to make it to campus very often. I am very lucky to come to work every day to a place that helped me grow into the person I am today and helped shaped my value system. I am also incredibly fortunate to meet alumni from across several decades who have amazing stories about the time they spent at Loyola.

Fun fact: I love the McRib.

DANA ALMDALE Assistant Director

Role: John Felice Rome Center alumni relations, national Loyola alumni chapters, and our current students

Hometown: Barrington, Illinois

Alma Mater: Illinois State University

Favorite part of the job: Having the opportunity to travel around the country meeting alumni and hear- ing how Loyola has left such a positive impact on their lives.

Fun fact: I played Divi- sion I women’s soccer in college.

Hometown: Armenia and Los Angeles

Alma Mater: University of California, Santa Bar- bara, and Loyola University Chicago

Favorite part of the job: Meeting spectacular people from all walks of life and doing what I can to assist alumni throughout their professional journey.

Fun fact: I enjoy traveling, getting lost, and endless walks through the city.
