AFS is looking for a chief executive officer (CEO) who will continue to build on our accomplishments and help us attain long-term goals. Our transition plans call for the hiring of a new CEO by December 20, 2015. The current CEO will work closely with the new CEO to ensure a smooth transition.


The CEO of AFS and CMI reports to the Board of Directors and will provide leadership and strategic direction for the organization’s achievement of its mission and financial objectives. This visionary, charismatic leader will be accountable for the following:

POSITION: Metalcasting Sales/ Technical Service Specialist LOCATION: Home office based in Atlanta or Southeast U.S. COMPANY/POSITION SUMMARY/ RESPONSIBILITIES:


New York-based Minerals Technologies Inc (MTI) (www.mineralstech.com) is a global resource- and technology-based growth company that develops, produces and markets a broad range of specialty mineral, mineral-based and synthetic mineral products and related systems and services. Minerals Technologies is the worldwide leader in the production of bentonite. The company is the leading supplier of greensand bond solutions for ferrous cast- ings. This position is in Metalcasting Division of the Performance Materials business unit.


The Metalcasting Sales/Technical Service Specialist will be respon- sible for developing and executing sales and business development plans for assigned accounts or regions and developing intimate/ technical sales relationships with key customers as well as internal departments critical to the success of the Metalcasting Products Group (R&D, Operations, etc.)


In addition, this individual will be responsible for:


• Increasing market share by achieving sales and revenue production goals


• Researching, identifying, and delivering profitable business opportunities with new and existing clients through customer relationships, cold calling, client presentations, referral genera- tion, cross-selling, and networking


• Preparing proposals, sales contracts, reports and feedback iden- tifying specific targets and opportunities; providing sales status reports and communicating new product /service opportunities
