Nemak, García, Nuevo Leon, Mexico, announced plans to sell up to a 20% stake in an initial public offering on June 30, which was expected to raise as much as $863 million. According to filings with the Mexican stock exchange, the automo- tive parts manufacturer plans to sell 618 million shares both in Mexico and abroad. Nemak, a unit of Alfa SAB, Nuevo


Leon, Mexico, indicated the proceeds from the IPO would be used for ad- ditional expansion and distributions to existing shareholders, including Alfa and Ford Motor Co. Nemak produces engine blocks, cylinder heads and other transmission components in 35 plants across 15 facilities in Asia, Europe and the Americas.


Ohio Diecaster Plans $12.5M Expansion


YSK Corp., Chillicothe, Ohio, expects to add 15 full-time positions in 2015 and an additional 25 over the next two years as part of a $12.5 mil- lion expansion. Located on a site that crosses town- ship lines, the company was granted a 10-year, 50% tax abatement by both county commissioners on $5.6 million of the total investment.
