Nutec Bickley’s direct or indirect fired ovens & furnaces are provided with the best technology in insulation systems, combustion equipment, instrumentation & controls, and heat recovery systems. The “heating concept” of our equipments is strategically designed according to customer product and process application to transmit the heat to the load while maximizing temperature uniformity and fuel efficiency. In high temperature processes, where a combination of high uniform radia- tion and convection is required, we define the best burner system for the application and optimum burner location. For lower temperature applications (300ºF – 1,000ºF), where high forced convection is required, we determine the best air flow pattern (vertical flow, horizontal end/side flow, or reversing flow) for uniform heat transfer.
