Convention was showcase all of the Department winners for the Young American Creative Patriotic Art Contest. We will do it again next year, too. And, we will judge them on site! For more important changes to this contest, go to HQ Memo on Page 19. Several important Resolutions were


discussed at National Convention. For a full review of results, see Page 12. The most talked- about change was to the Life Membership fee structure.


LIFE MEMBERSHIP PROPOSED FEE INCREASE – The Life Membership Proposed Fee Increase was amended and the increase will be 15 percent in each category to be effective January 1, 2017.
